- The Ramada Hollywood Beach Resort has completed the first phase of our total 15 million historic renovations including new public spaces, lighting, carpeting, and new photo gallery. The lobby also received antique tin ceiling tiles and 1920's period furniture and decorative lighting. The second phase, scheduled to occur December 2010 includes restoring architectural features, installing new hurricane-impact windows, and painting the entire building. Guest rooms and areas affected will be closed to minimize overall disturbance to our valued guests.
