- The Dalton Hotel and Suites, Canada?s 3rd oldest Hotel will be undergoing a 3.0M renovation over the next 3yrs where Phase 1 is slated to commence November 2007. The entire 2nd floor will be completely renovated as part of the modernization look and at the same time maintaining the boutique feel and ambiance. Part of the agenda, the Dalton Hotel will encompass kitchenette suites in addition to a fitness room and conference room.
